Refund & Return Policy
We want to make returns as simple and transparent as possible. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
- Products with signs of heavy use, damage, or missing tags/labels will not be accepted.
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Request your return
- Send an email to support@selurewear.com with the subject line “Return Request”.
2. Include the following in your email
- Order number
- First & last name
- Delivery address
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product (in case of damage)
3. Receive approval & instructions
- Our customer service team will reply within 2 business days with instructions.
- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
4. Ship your return

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (approx. $10 depending on location). We currently do not provide prepaid labels.
5. Confirmation & refund
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us again at support@selurewear.com.
Order Cancellation
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this time, our orders are processed, and unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible.

Incorrect Item or Wrong Size?
If you receive an incorrect item or the wrong size, we will send you the correct item for free!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is completed, we'll send out the new size.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
